The Conifers is a two-storey building
in Great Wyrley, close to Cannock and
Walsall. The home is easily reached by
major road and rail networks, and there
is a regular bus service.
The home has been completely refurbished
to a high standard. We have 36 single
and 2 double rooms, with most en-suite.
Residents have a choice of two lounges,
two dining areas, and a quiet room.
There is a separate facility for
residents who like to smoke. The
visiting hairdresser has a separate
salon.
There is a choice of assisted
bathroom and shower room on each floor,
and a passenger lift services the first
floor.
Residents are encouraged to bring
their own personal items to make their
rooms as comfortable, familiar and
homely as possible.
The garden has been designed to give
year-round interest for the residents to
enjoy from the home, and to sit outside
in the summer. The patio and the garden
are welcoming, fully accessible for
wheelchair users, and well-used by both
residents and visitors.
